These unique earrings were hand-sawn from 26 gauge copper sheeting, and therefore are lightweight. Melted lead-free silver solder was applied to the lower half and quickly stamped. Afterwards a patina was applied using liver of sulfur. Then the earrings were tumbled to bring out the shine of the copper and solder, and a protective coating was applied to maintain the patina. These earring look great with casual or dressy outfits. I think you'll enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed making them.
