This pretty sapphire ring is centered with one (1) oval mixed cut natural sapphire set into a four-prong setting. The top half of the ring is also accented with sixty-two (62) bead set round single cut diamonds. The diamonds are bordered with milgrain edging. The ring measures 15.7mm at the top, rises 7.8mm above the finger, tapering to 3.0mm wide and 0.9mm thick at the base of the shank. "18K 4.92 .30" is stamped on the inside shank. It is currently a size 7.5.
