Customization: Place your order by typing in the desired letters in the "Type Your Letters" box and complete the payment. 2. Bail Size Selection: Choose the bail size. The bail should be slightly larger than the chain's thickness. We recommend a 25MM bail for compatibility with most chains. 3. Design Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours, we'll email you a 3D Mockup (CAD) of your pendant. You can make unlimited revisions until satisfied. 4. Manufacturing: After you approve the design, our team starts crafting your custom pendant. 5. Progress Updates: We will keep you informed with photos and videos during the manufacturing process. 6. Shipping: Once complete, your pendant is shipped and delivered to you within 4 business days.
