I'm a hobbyist employed as a Cloud Solutions Engineer in Atlanta, GA with a passion for providing end-user support teams with everything they need (and a lot they don't, usually... or that's what I'm told, at least) to dramatically improve their throughput and, primarily, their mental health at work. For example, I built https://aimnow.app/ on a whim right when COVID hit and provided our (unprepared for a shift to remote work) team with a way to not only quickly and easily access the apps, tools, scripts, etc., they needed to do their jobs but also a central location where end-users could be directed for quick access to support resources. 🤠
