1. What network and billing will I be on when I sign up for the CelcomDigi 5G Plan?

If you are an existing Celcom customer, you will continue to be on Celcom network and billing. If you are an existing Digi customer, you will continue to be on Digi network and billing.

 

For port-in and new customers, you will be on Digi network and billing. Do note that Celcom and Digi network will soon be integrated, and you will be able to enjoy the same network experience whether you are on Celcom or Digi network.

 

2. How do I know which network am I on?

You can look at the top left corner of your mobile device. If it says ‘Celcom by CelcomDigi’ then you are on Celcom network and if it says ‘Digi by CelcomDigi’ then you are on the Digi network.


To find out which network operator you’re using, especially if you have two SIM cards installed in your device, follow these steps: Open your Settings, then tap on Network (or Mobile Network on some devices). You’ll see the names of the network operators listed under Carrier for each SIM card.
