Mixed Media/Silhouettes/Tattoos

Various ideas to help create mixed media. Inspired from a framed piece of mixed art that my mother had when I was growing up. She said her grandmama created it. I would love to create something like that. I can't draw or paint, but this type of medium is do-that for someone like me. :-).
