Privacy Policy

    This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for iEnterprises and its products and sites. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this application and all other iEnterprises’ applications. It will notify you of the following:

    1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site or other iEnterprises’ applications, how the information is used and with whom it may be shared.
    2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
    3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
    4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
    5. How you can ask for your information to be erased from our systems.
    6. Who and how to contact someone for any of the above reasons.

    The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to the following types of your Google data, the App’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

    • The App will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
    • The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
    • The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
    With respect to the data our app shares app shares with third-party tools (such as AI models including CHATGPT®).  Data is shared with third-party tools (such as AI models) only when you explicitly allow sharing by performing an operation in the user interface that utilizes third-party tools (such as AI models) and only the data you allow to be shared will be shared.   For example when you use a function called “reply to message using ChatGPT” the contents of the message on your screen will be securely sent to ChatGPT and the reply message will be securely received in the response.   This data is only shared when you perform operations in the user interface clearly labeled with the names of third-party tools (such as ChatGPT).  No other data will be shared. 

    Information Collection, Use and Sharing

    We are the sole owners of the information collected in this application. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. If you give us permission to do so, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.  

    Application Registration, Provisioning and Usage

    In order to use our applications, a user must first complete the provisioning / activation process. During this process a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to provision the application.  We may also contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

    In addition, our applications may at times request access to your camera, contacts, calendar, phone, email and location.  This information is considered private information and is subject to the privacy policy described hereunder.

    Access to and Control Over Information

    You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email at data_privacy@ienterprises.com

    • See what data we have about you, if any.
    • Change/correct any data we have about you.
    • Have us delete any data we have about you.
    • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

    Security

    Our use of your data obtained is limited as follows.

    1. We limit our use of data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application’s user interface. All other uses of the data are prohibited;
    2. We do not transfer the data to others unless it is necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
    3. We do not  allow humans to read the data, unless
      1. We first obtain the user’s affirmative agreement for specific messages;
      2. It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
      3. It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
      4. The use is limited to internal operations and the data (including derivations) have been aggregated and anonymized.

    Information About Children

    Our products and sites are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, so if you are under 16 we ask that you do not use our products or sites and you do not  give us your information If you are from 16 to 18 years, you can browse the sites but you’ll need the supervision of a parent or guardian to become a registered user. It’s the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s use of our sites.

    Information Entered by Your Organization

    When it comes to the information you enter when using your products, your organization you are the controller for that data. You decide how that data is used, how long to keep it, how often to update it, etc.
