It looks like I’m pressing hard here but that’s because the video is sped up.  Begin in the lower right quadrant and use gentle pressure to massage in a clockwise direction. This follows the natural movement of the colon.  Continue the circular motion, gradually working your way up toward the ribcage and then across to the left side.
