Hyperbole and Paul Bunyan   My students love reading Tall Tales. They are a great way to teach Figurative Language. I think that my favorite is teaching hyperbole while reading Paul Bunyan. A couple of years ago I created this free lesson on hyperbole to go with Paul Bunyan.  I also incorporated fun pop up books into the lesson. My students love making the pop up book at the end of this lesson. I hope your students enjoy it as much as mine do!
