Do you carry a lot of tension in your upper body while you ride? 😫

This is especially prevalent in those who work a desk job! Spending a lot of time in a seated position, slouched posture and being sedentary for a long time can lead to tightness in the upper back, shoulders, chest and neck, leading to excessive tension in your upper body while you ride! ❌

Instead of static stretches, I like to incorporate dynamic stretches for upper body, and you can do these before a workout (or ride), or after!
