This bright, citrusy Hamachi Crudo appetizer is not only quick and easy (it takes just 10 minutes to pull together with zero cooking involved!), but it is equal parts elegant and delicious! Thin slices of yellowtail sashimi are dressed in a marinade of lime juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil. Top with thinly sliced jalapeño or serrano peppers, then garnish with sliced radish, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Gluten-free, dairy-free.
