If youre looking for a way to review multiplication facts with your students, youve got to try this out! My students LOVE playing this game, and will ask for it when we have an extra 10 minutes in our day. This game includes 10 different multiplication grids to use with your class.Its super easy to prep and play:1. Project one of the game slides on your white board.2. Give 2 students a marker.3. Tell students when to start (start your timer)4. Students fill in 1 answer, then pass their pen (marker) to another student.5. The next student goes up to the board, and either fills in another answer OR makes 1 correction.6. Continue having students add answers to the multiplication grid until they have it completed. 7. Record how long it took students to complete somewhere that is visible. Next time you play, try to Beat the Time!To up the engagement, and help with timing, I started having students place 2 answers (or corrections) on the grid when it was their time. Its amazing how quiet and focused students get with this game! If you want to play this as a partner or small group game, print out the slides, laminate, and have students take turns answering problems. Another great way to practice multiplication fact fluency!
