Designed as a high waist, A-line maxi or calf-length skirt (tho could be made shorter) with a V shaped back waistband, high/low hem, and secondary, two-point closure that creates a drapey, bustle-like look. Equally suited to long, heavy fall skirts as midi, lightweight summer skirts - it's especially lovely in linen, rayon, and flannel but works well in many fabrics depending on the look you're going for.
