The "(Bottom Loaded) Single Leg Good Morning" and "Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL)" are similar in that they are both single leg hinge movements.

However, they differ in the intention and execution.

For the "Single Leg Good Morning:"
- intention: strengthen lower back & hamstrings
- reach hips back as far as possible
- even at maximal hip hinge, upper body can continue to lower towards the ground as long as can maintain spine in extention (I.e. avoid lowering upper body any farther if lower back starts to round)
- knee can travel behind the ankle
- can maintain a slight bend in the knees if hamstrings are short & tight

For the "Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL):"
