**Tang Zhong Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing**

**Ingredients:**

**Tang Zhong:**
- 1/4 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup milk

**Dough:**
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup tang zhong
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

**Cinnamon Filling:**
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter

**Cream Cheese Icing:**
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk

**Instructions:**

1. **Tang Zhong:** Whisk 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup milk in a saucepan. Cook until a thick paste forms.
