After that for the next maybe 3-4 days you will start a new batch using a teaspoon from the previous batch and adding raw milk to the jar. When the milk forms a solid…

DesiDamroo 🔊 on Instagram: "🥛 for starter and only for the first iteration, I have used hans Dahi for starter or jaman and 3.25% milk as my base.

🥛When you begin this Dahi process and using store bought yogurt for starter, first couple of iterations may not have the same consistency. But it will get better with each iteration.

🥛Give it a try as it tastes better than market sold Dahi.

🥛I have also tried this with 2% milk and the result is still the same.
