This is an INCREDIBLE piece! Sadly I don't think it can be sized due to the enamel. Occasionally you can find a jeweler confident enough to do this, but mine is uncomfortable. The good news is that its an 8.5, which is a very common size. This is one of those pieces that really make you catch your breath! Made in London with a date mark that appears to be 1972, this ring was done in the Georgian/Victorian style. The jet black enamel is very lustrous, the gold is bright and the diamonds sparkling. The face of the ring measures a whopping 33x18mm-- this is not a piece for those who are shy! There is a gold floral center with diamonds in the old round cut style and the edge of the ring is encrusted with diamonds as well. Total gem weight is estimated at .75 carats. The piece has amazing details with a very beautifully elaborate undermount and scrolled shoulders. Condition is excellent. This piece looks as new on the hand and great under magnification. It is marked and tested for 18K and weighs a hefty 18.47 grams.
