The price of a gold necklace is based on how much gold used - the bigger the pendant and the longer the chain, the more it will cost. Price of $740 is for an medium size pendant (I don't give size suggestions since each design is different - some are wider, some are taller, so size of the pendant vary). 18K gold pendant is 2mm thick - it is cast, not cut out of the metal sheet.
