Open the Shortcuts app on your IOS14 phone 5. Tap the small plus sign at the top right corner 6. Tap "add action", then tap "scripting", then tap "open app" 7. Choose the app you would like to use, then tap "next" 8. Name your shortcut, then click done 9. Tap the three dots (...) on your new shortcut 10. At the bottom, click the blue up arrow (share icon) 11. Scroll down and click "Add to Home Screen" 12. Click the image to change it to your new icon 13. Click Add. Congrats! You just set up a custom app icon.
