STEP 1: Use a ruler to select the appropriate pendant size. If you need a diamond/birthstone (extra £30 each) , or chain (extra £150) , please message us and we will created a customised listing for you to complete purchase. STEP 2: After making your payment, please message us with all the details you'd like engraved on the front and back of the pendant. This could include your baby's actual footprint or handprint, a family photo, date of birth, any specific wording, etc. Providing a sketch will help us understand the exact placement of the engravings and ensure your pendant is personalized perfectly to your wishes. STEP 3: Within three working days, we'll provide you with a mock-up for your review. You can request revisions to the design until you are completely satisfied. STEP 4: Once we agree on the final design, we will send it off for production, which may take up to four weeks. Please note that no further changes to the design can be made during this process. If you insist on making changes, a 30% fee of the pendant's price will be charged to cover the cost of recycling the existing pendant and the craftsmanship involved. -------------Shipping--------------------- We ship all our jewellery from London, UK. We aim to despatch your jewellery within 3-4 weeks. UK Domestic shipping - Royal Mail 1st/2nd class signed service, usually takes around 1-3 business days to arrive. International shipping - Royal Mail International tracked and/or signed service, usually takes around 7-14 business days to arrive. We do not have control over the local processing speed, please wait patiently and contact us if you do not receive your item pass the estimated arrival time. Customers are responsible to pay applicable import duties and sales taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. we start to process your order straight away after your purchase. -------------Return and Exchanges--------------------- We do not accept return/exchanges on earrings for hygiene reason, and we not accept return/exchanges on customised jewellery. i.e when you are requesting a piece of jewellery to be made at your desired size or material. All others, buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery and responsible for return postage costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition, or custom charges incurred for us for international returns. Where the buyer is returning a product for reasons unrelated to any fault or defect with the item, the original postage paid remains non-refundable.
