These fabulous antique silk beaded wedding shoes are the most unique examples of footwear from the latter part of the 1800s. They are crafted with luscious silk uppers adorned with teeny copper-colored beaded designs. They also have beaded silk ankle straps that close with matching covered buttons. The numbers 37 and 4 are stamped on the soles and some writing in ink that includes "1865". These lovely works of art are in great condition for their 130+ years with only a couple of small splits, scuffs, and minor bead loss. These beauties are definitely a collector's dream!
