ISO: Horse Farm for Rent (Middleton, WI)

Growing lesson program is seeking a new property to expand into.
We are hoping to find somewhere that can accommodate 10-15 horses and that has an indoor arena.
Living space on property is not required, but it can be negotiated if needed.
Many of our students are coming from the Verona area, so we would like to stay around Oregon, Verona, black earth, Middleton, etc.
