Gail Bonney (15 December 1901 – 7 December 1984; age 82), born Goldie Bonowitz, appeared as the Second Witch in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "Catspaw". She filmed her scene on Wednesday 3 May 1967 at Desilu Stage 10.
A prolific bit actress, her career began in the very late '40s with a handful of appearances. Throughout the '50s, '60s, and the first half of the '70s, she worked steadily, in small parts with fairly generic credits, such as "Woman", "Nurse", and similar descriptions. Among her roles were Mrs. Hudson, the mother of precocious mischievous twin boys in the Desilu sitcom I Love Lucy episode "The Amateur Hour".
She died a week before her 83rd birthday in 1984.
