Kai Joseph Wong (born 23 September 1932; age 92) is a retired actor who appeared as a medical technician in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "Journey to Babel". He received no credit for this appearance.

Wong was a Screen Actors Guild member between 1959 and 2005. He joined the Screen Extras Guild in 1956. Among his earliest known acting work are background roles in One Minute to Zero (1952, with Hal Baylor), The Rawhide Years (1956, with Robert Herron, Monty O'Grady, and Tom Steele), and China Gate (1957, with Walter Soo Hoo and Charles Cirillo).

In the 1980s, Wong had featured parts in The Nude Bomb (1980), Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen (1981), Blade Runner (1982), The Man Who Loved Women (1983), Cannonball Run II (1984), Big Trouble in Little China (1986), and Bloodsport (1988). He also appeared in episodes of The Fall Guy (1981, with Kenny Endoso, James Saito, and James Lew), Hart to Hart (1981, 1983 & 1984 with Kat Sawyer-Young, Shirley Anthony, Benjie Bancroft, Len Felber, Monty O'Grady, Arthur Tovey, Walker Edmiston, Chuck Hicks, Leland Sun, Kenneth Tigar, and James Saito), Knight Rider (1983, starring William Daniels, with Paul Lambert and directed by Winrich Kolbe), Falcon Crest (1986, with Robert Foxworth, Dana Sparks, Edward Laurence Albert, Brett Cullen, Jill Jacobson, Richard McGonagle, Juan De Villa, Mike Paciorek, Gene Poe, and Roger Trantham), and Cheers (1987, with Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Lee Allen, Marianne Lewis, Joseph Paz, Mark Reilly, and Rebecca Soladay).
