Oven-baking is the easiest way to cook hamburgers. Simply press seasoned ground beef into a pan, then bake it for about 15 minutes in a 400°F oven. Once the meat is cooked, add cheese, cut it into squares, and serve! It's so much easier than pan-frying.
Picadillo is a Cuban dish of well-seasoned ground beef cooked with onions, peppers, garlic, olives, and tomatoes. My low-carb version excludes the traditional raisins, but it's delicious, nonetheless.
