Many say this is the best cold brew they’ve ever had, and I always have a large pitcher of it in the fridge (alongside a bottle of my Date-Vanilla Almond Milk). I add cardamom and cinnamon to bring the shuk and the flavors I love into the equation, and I don’t overcomplicate the process. All you need is ground coffee, spices, water—and ice. I add some ice because the cold tap water here in the summer is more akin to lukewarm than cold! I use a nut milk bag more commonly used for making almond milk—it works perfectly here.
