SHIPPING AND SHOP POLICIES TURNAROUND TIMES All items are produced by a professional photo lab after an order has been placed. Photo prints are typically ready to ship in 2 to 4 business days. However, at times, the photo lab may experience COVID-related delays. Holiday production times may increase up to 7 business days. Canvas and Metal Prints take 4-8 days, depending on the time of year. SHIPPING OPTIONS USA: Prints are sent either by USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS Ground CANADA: Standard Shipping uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel. During the pandemic, all carriers are experiencing delays and many are not guaranteeing shipping times. Shipping times, especially to Canada and Europe, can take from 3-6 weeks. These extended times are beyond my control. DAMAGED ORDERS Please contact me via an Etsy convo if your package arrives damaged. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items. However, I will send a replacement order free of charge. A photograph of the damage may be necessary in some cases. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Unframed prints can be returned or exchanged. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving an item. Canvas and Metal prints, as well as large prints 24x36 or larger, cannot be returned. However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement.
