Beautiful ladies all black woolen pirate hat with black venise lace surrounding the brim of the hat with clear glass rhinestones at each point of the lace. Black ostrich feathers, black cocarde with large sparkly jewel. This hat is 22.5" for the inside circumference with a built-in hat sizer. Just cinch and tie. Please measure your head as I cannot make the circumference bigger so please keep that in mind. This is not an oversized brim pirate hat. The upturn brim is about 4". All sales are final.
