1 lb ground beef
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups macaroni, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Large tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, continuing to cook until thickened. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Add cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon to the cheese sauce, then mix in the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble Wraps: Place a scoop of the mac 'n' cheese mixture onto each tortilla, then wrap it up burrito-style.
