HANDMADE IN THE USA The Evie is a fun and elegant flapper style design. This particular hat makes a perfect 1920's theme hat, jazz age. Great for cocktail parties, weddings, and also pretty and comfortable to act as a more formal head cover for those going through any kind of hair-loss. Handmade in a lovely black lace and embellished with chiffon flower, which can be edged by a sumptuous black f eather. The rose has a rhinestone button center and measures approx 4 inches in diameter. (The flower can be made larger or smaller at your request). You may either choose the turban with just the chiffon rose brooch or the turban with the chiffon rose brooch and f eather, please make your choice from the drop down boxes. Brooch can also be removed and the turban worn without any embellishment. Every hat is handmade and in itself one of a kind. The lace and chiffon flower you receive will differ slightly to the look of the ones in these photos. Your hat arrives in a handmade hat bag and is shipped via USPS Mail service. Make sure the tape lies over the fullest part of the back of the head and do not pull the tape any tighter than you would want a hat to feel during wear.
