Antique Marquise Shaped Diamond and Ruby Ring The Caria ring is an authentic vintage ruby diamond ring from the Edwardian Era circa 1910. This ring centers a GIA-certified Oval Cut Natural Heated Thai ruby of approximately 0.90 carats. Above and below the ruby is an Old Mine Cut diamond, each of approximately 0.55 carats, with additional surrounding diamonds totaling approximately 0.30 carats. All of the diamonds are of approximately I-J color, VS-SI clarity. The stones are set in a two-tone platinum and 18kt yellow gold setting. The ring is currently size 7 and can be resized!
