This stunning Italian made topaz ring is centered with one square step cut blue topaz that is channel set and with two square step cut topaz accents at each shoulder. The ring is crafted of 14k white gold. The lower shank has a more oval shape due to its current ring size of 8. This will not be noticed while the ring is being worn. We cannot size this ring down further, however the size can be increased.
