Okay, I am Hungarian. Both of my parents fled Hungary during WWII at the time when Russia and Germany headed for Budapest where they were married in Dec. of 1944, and were told to flee while they could. Heading to Salzburg, Austria, my father, an engineer, helped the American Army for 5 years until the US borders opened up again and found them sponsors. I was born a few months later as a first generation American. As I grew I found I loved all types of food...if you have questions, ask.
