FromSoftware reveals Elden Ring Nightreign

One of the biggest shocks from The Game Awards was the announcement that after Elden Ring's 2023 release and Shadow of the Erdtree's 2024 release, there will now be a 2025 release of something called Elden Right Nightreign, a standalone new game.

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN is a standalone adventure within the ELDEN RING universe, crafted to offer players a new gaming experience by reimagining the game's core design.

Elden Ring Nightreign is not a live-service game, offering a full package with unlockable content out of the gate. The game will avoid live-service features like microtransactions and will provide the same experience for all players.

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN will launch in 2025 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Players take on the night together in an all-new experience from the team at FromSoftware.
