This beautiful crew neck sweater is knitted from side to side in one piece. It has a wide rib pattern. As this is a 1980's pattern the original yarns are understandably no longer available, so I have made some suggestions as substitutes. However you can use and double knitting yarns you want and in your choice of colours. To make it easier to read for you, I have scanned in the original knitting pattern, which had blue writing on a yellowish background. Hopefully this makes it easier to follow.
