Heel Slides: 3x10 5.Patella Mobs: 1x per day, 30 secs 6. Banded Terminal Knee Extension: 3x10 secs (hold for 2 seconds) 7. Heel Rocks: 30 secs x3  Repeat the above exercises 3 times per day for optimal results.  Pro Tips: - Eat plenty of protein 🥩 - Stay hydrated 💧 - Elevate your leg above your heart - Wear a compression sleeve during the day  Always follow your clinician’s advice.
