☘️Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil, Saute 2 thinly sliced onions along with cinnamon stick and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat till light brown. 
☘️Add soaked chana
Now add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, salt, 1tablespoon coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, black salt, mix them well

This super filling and high in prtein kala chana roti tacos with hung curd dressing is a flavourbomb combination & is a balanced meal too🥙

Tip - Start by washing & then soaking kala chana for 5/6 hours then pressure cook with water & salt for 5/6  whistles😊

To make hung curd -
In a muslin cloth add 1.5 cups dahi  then tie a knot and hang it for 1/2 hour to remove excess water ☺️
