These are the changes I would make to this charming little plan. I need the kitchen in the back to open up to the garden. Since I would live here rather than using it for holidays, I would need bigger bedrooms. The downstairs rooms would become a pantry and an office, and the upstairs rooms would be roomier bathrooms. I like this 1929 brick two story house too, back when the family room and the living room were one and the same. It appears, there is only one bathroom and it's upstairs.
