2 lb fresh green beans 1 1/2 lbs smoked turkey leg 64 oz chicken broth,1 tbsp minced garlic 1 medium onion chopped 5 medium russet potatoes 1 tsp ground black pepper. Put the turkey into a large pot. Put broth in the pot, then turn to high. Let the turkey cook until it’s tender, then remove it from the pot. Keep the broth. Shred the turkey meat. Make sure to remove all the bones, and skin. Put beans, turkey, onions, potato & garlic into the pot of broth & cook until tender.
