This is a made-to-order custom knife pleat mini skirt great for everyday wear or Japanese anime cosplay. These are full, loose pleats. The pattern for this skirt is cut in a semi circle, then pleated. This style is great for accommodating larger hips while at the same time it can make narrow hips appear fuller. This mini pleat skirt is available in any size from very petite to plus size and any color. The skirt closes in the back with an invisible zipper. It is made of high quality, high thread count cotton. Pair this skirt with socks or tights and a button down shirt for a cute everyday outfit or for cosplay dress-up. This skirt is available in over 200 colors so we are sure to have just the color you are looking for. In the last photo, at 13 inch length, the skirt is shown in "Garnet" though this color is difficult to photograph accurately. In person the garnet color is a deep, dark red with purple undertones and what you might expect of a typical garnet color. The skirt has the same number of pleats going around no matter what size you need so the pleats on our mannequin with a 26 inch waist(shown in storm) are narrower than the pleats on our mannequin with a 33 inch waist(shown in garnet). -ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS- When ordering, use the notes to seller/additional comments section to include your waist measurement and color preference. Dryer safe. We normally recommend that you remove pleats from the dryer while still damp and hang on a skirt hanger to keep pleats hanging straight and evenly, but it isn't really necessary with this style of pleats.
