Rush production costs vary but feel to inquire if you need it and I will send you a quote. If you request a proof, we will begin 48 hours after the proof has been sent, unless we hear back from you. ► Submit Order ► Check your direct message for response and proof within 1 day Materials: * High Quality Clear Smooth Glass * Reusable but avoid water or soap on ink. Do not soak. Not responsible for damage caused from washing * Imprint Area: 1.875"W x 1.50"H approximately * 1-Color Imprint on (1) or (2) sides. (Standard: 2 sides / Please include in notes if you want just 1 side) * Imprint may come off after 1-2 washes. Return/Damage/Defect (rare, but may occur): Because of the nature of Customized Shot Glasses, this product will be useless to us, so they are non-refundable, unless they've been damaged. If there is any damage to your products, please send me a photograph of the item to confirm. Any report needs to be filed within 3 days upon the receipt of items. Because of the items' fragile nature, and their shipping and production cost, no report will be honored after the 3-day deadline. If there is damage, we will either replace the missing parts depending on the time that you need the items by or we will refund you for the damaged portion of the order only. I'll make this decision on a case by case basis. If the order is defective, albeit rare, I will issue you a partial discount on the order. Although we take every measure to ensure the colors are exact, ink color on a computer screen vary from user to user. What is damage or defect? Small lines or bubbles are nothing to worry about. This is typical when you're manufacturing glassware. If the glass chipped, broken, or your imprint color is wrong, these are legitimate issues that I will rectify for your immediately. Defect Policy for Custom Products: We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim. Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.
