$"This Gothic top hat is heavy red velvet wrapped with a black velvet and lace hatband and has a soft black crushed tulle bow & long tails in back. This Victorian style riding hat has black satin roses centered in the back. There is a silver antiqued Celtic cross centered on a beautiful black lace applique on the front of the crown. A black lace applique rests on the back of the crown's top. The brim & crown edge are trimmed in black satin braid. This hat is loaded with black curled ostrich plumes and measures 23\".
