The Eclipse of April 8th, 2024 was simply phenomenal. Passing directly over my home in Vermont it gave an amazing opportunity for some truly unique images. This image is the moment the sun reemerges from behind the moon and instantly creates a blinding light. A partial eclipse, even up to 99% is interesting, but totality is 1000% different as the sky goes dark and stars appear while the shimmering corona dances around the moon. An experience that I hope is not a once-in-a-lifetime deal. As a bonus, I'm including an 8x10" print of the 'Totality' commemorative image with all eclipse print orders. Image can be reproduced as a traditional print, done by a trusted local printer on museum quality cotton rag paper using archival inks to last a lifetime or printed onto metal which looks absolutely amazing and is ready to hang. Each print is personally inspected, then subtly signed on the front. Price is for either an standard archival print or a metal print as indicated. Matted and framed images are for reference but available on request. Image may be cropped depending on print size selected. Metal prints are ready to hang and are roughly the cost of a regular print + matt + glass + frame. Prints will ship tubed. Metal prints shipped flat of course. This image can also be printed on canvas or behind acrylic, please request a custom quote for the size you want on one of these materials. Custom framing with handmade, hardwood frames also available - please message me for details.
