Chic early 1980s dress by Puccini with a heavy 1940s influence. The dress has cap sleeves and a high waist - the dress has one button on the bodice and two on the waistband itself. There's a back tie at the waist a somewhat full skirt with two front pleats. The dress is unlined with two hip pockets. The label reads Puccini. Measurements: tagged vintage size 5/6 - this is generously cut and could work for a modern S/M. Please note that the fabric does not stretch. The dress measures bust 40" (meant to fit with some ease), high waist 40" (can be tied to any smaller size), and hips free to approx 48". It's 11.25" from shoulder to waist, the waist is approx 3" wide, and the skirt is 29.5" from the bottom of the waist to the hem. Material: the tag is too faded to read; the fabric feels like a cotton/poly blend. It's medium weight and does not stretch. Condition: excellent vintage condition with light signs of wear.
