Center - non-stretch, narrow tulle panel adds stability and is arched for comfort.
Goldtone ring and ribbon charm at top center add a pretty touch.
Sewn-on elastic underband guides the fit for closeness.
Stretch sides give a flexible fit with elastic sewn on at the edges.
Restricted stretch elastic straps have a textured ribbon overlay and adjust fully at back with coated metal hardware.
