Clock costume

Cogsworth the clock. Created using thick poster board that was painted black then covered with fabric. Pendulum & border is painted poster board. One side of the costume is Velcro shut. Shoulders have swirls made from spray-painted foam. Clock head is held up with a French twist comb. Hair circles are put together with hair rollers
