How Mental | Health Wellbeing on Instagram: "Tag someone who needs to see this! ❤️ It’s funny how whether I have a good day or not, I will almost always lie in bed at night overthinking about every aspect of my life. 💭  ㅤ Questioning whether I’m doing enough, do I need to slow down more, do I like where I’m going with my life? 😅 It can be soooooo much going on in my mind at once. 🤯 I’ve found that I can be lying in bed for what feels likes HOURS just spiralling about anything and everything. Then I start to watch the clock and see the time get later and later into the night and I start to dread the idea of tomorrow. 😰 ㅤ But when I feel myself spiralling down these thoughts I try to focus on where these thoughts are coming from.
