A guide to buy the whole set-up is in my bio!

The technique:
I set up tarps under, behind, and to the sides of the furniture (I really need to buy a tent). I go through a lot of sand bead on each project, so I try to recycle as much as I can. I can typically save between 90-95% of the glass bead with my tarp set-up.

Since this isn’t a commercial grade air compressor, I need to take breaks between blasts to let the tank refill. I like to blast for about 5-10 minutes, then switch off to using an orbital sander on the Soda Blasting Wood, Soda Blasting, Sand Blasting, Orbital Sander, Walnut Shell, Furniture Renovation, Air Compressor, Set Up, A Year Ago

The random orbital sander is what I reach for most of the time! It removes a lot of material VERY fast from large flat surfaces (AKA dressers)

This creates a lot of tiny dust particles that are unsafe to breathe, so I attach it to my wet/dry vacuum with a dust collection bag to help eliminate most of it.

The great thing about the @harttoolsusa RO sander and vacuum is that they connect straight out of the box without the need for an adapter.

For sanding details, drawers, curved surfaces and between coats of paint I typically reach for my 3x4 SurfPrep sander
