SHELF FEATURES: The first listing photo is WEATHERED OAK stain. The wood is wonderful, warm, pine wood with character. Since is a simple piece of lumber that was milled from an old school mill and sourced from a sustainable forest out of East Texas, it might have some minor knots, bold growth rings, and a bit of twisting. Each piece will have it's own personality. No two will be exactly alike. It is not reclaimed wood. It is new solid pine wood ready to complete your renovation, no matter if it is in your kitchen, laundry room, study, hallway or entryway, bathroom, etc. We offer a variety of stains that have a flat matte finish which adds to the farmhouse rustic and industrial vibe. The Unstained board option is raw wood. It is a great option for customers that want to stain the shelves to match other stains colors in their space. The shelf thickness is approximately 1 1/2" after planing and sanding. BRACKET FEATURES: Two flat iron brackets are included in this listing. The shelf brackets are painted black and might have some paint blemishes on the rounded bends to replicate the rustic decor vibe. These are heavy duty items providing security for large loads. They are rated at 75 lbs per pair. If you want an extra bracket for the longer shelves, it is available to purchase at the top of the drop-down menu. It is "single bracket only". It is not a shelf; it is only one bracket to be included with the two that come with the shelf. Add a note to seller on the depth that you want the extra bracket to be when you check out of your cart. The program will ask you what stain you want. Select any color because the extra bracket will be black to match. We furnish installation guidelines, and care suggestions, along with standard 2" drywall screws to attach the brackets to the studs. If you can't hit the studs, you will need to obtain the appropriate mounting anchors, due to the variety of wall materials. There is valuable information on the document to help you make the installation a snap. We have included a medium duty anchor which will work for drywall only. If you have other wall materials, you need to purchase anchors that are engineered for those materials (subway tile, brick, concrete, etc.). Please don't give us a low review for the anchors performance. We provide them as a courtesy to you, and they aren't suitable for all installations. We offer other styles of brackets to fit your style, including the hidden rod brackets. If you want more information on these other brackets, please reach out to us. WOOD SIZES OFFERED: We offer 7.25", 9.25" and 11.25" deep shelves, with standard lengths varying from 18" to 72". The thickness of our wood is approximately 1 1/2". We can custom cut limited quantities of shorter shelves that range from 12" to 18". The maximum length that we can ship is 72" long. If you need a longer shelf, please consider two shorter shelves, and mount them side by side. The extra-long shelves would need extra center brackets, so two shelves and four brackets look great. If you need super short shelves, to finish out your projects, we offer some short shelves, that we cut with our old saw. If you want a deeper shelf, we might be able to glue two boards together and offer a shelf up to 17 1/2" deep. Reach out to us to discuss SHIPPING METHODS: We ship almost exclusively via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; therefore, we need your street address. We can't offer our free shipping program to AK, HI, PR or APO addresses. Please contact us and we can discuss the extra shipping charge to those locations. SHIPPING TIMETABLE: We are shipping our orders in just about one week. We usually can RUSH an order but contact us before you order. Don't leave a note to seller on your order that you have a pressing need for the order. We will probably miss your note. Just reach out to us on the message board. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests are limited to 24 hours after order entry. We start the order process the next day after order entry. Since we are a "made to order" shop, and don't maintain any inventory, once the order is in process, we can't accept cancellations. EXCHANGES and RETURNS: Exchanges and Returns are not offered for this product. If there is some pressing need for a return, there might be accepted on many of our standard products that are not on sale or a custom item, The return request must be submitted within three days of delivery, and received at our shop within seven days. We ask you to to get an RGA number from us, then ship the item back to us immediately. We will charge a 20% restock fee if the item is returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we don't refund our internal cost to ship the item to you. Please put a pencil to the cost to determine the amount of money you will receive before you ship the items back to us.
