The polonaise bodice has a square neckline in front accented with lace, and framed by a lace-overlay in center front and back. Elbow length sleeves have a dupioni ruffle and lace flounces. The underskirt is made up in matching dupioni with a train and a comfortable elastic waist. The white taffeta overskirt is trimmed in ruffled lace and is shirred in the front.
